Did I tell you guys that I ran a mile in under 10 minutes? Goal #2 of running met (#1 was to start running xD).

Goal #3: Learn how to pace myself.It’s SO hard to pace! I honestly have no idea how fast I’m running or if my legs are moving faster than they would be if I were tired. Anyone have tips?
